Group registration: If you are interested in a group registration (10 persons or more), please email the Congress Secretariat for further information. Please note that no registration will be made without full personal contact details for each participant. Blank registrations are not allowed.
Cancellation policy for registration: Refunds (less € 25,00 for taxes and administrative expenses) will be granted to those delegates unable to attend. Cancellations must be addressed to the Organizing

Invitation letter for visa: In order to get your Invitation letter create an account for free on the congress website. This invitation implies no obligation, financial or otherwise, by the Congress.
Insurance: The Congress Organizers will not accept any liability for personal injury, or loss/damage to participants’ property or belongings, either during or as a result of the Congress, and during their stay in Barcelona. We recommend that participants arrange their own personal health, accident and travel insurance.
